My Review: I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I love Doctor Who. I am a Whovian. I love everything about him. I wish I could think like him, but as smart as I am, he totally blows me out of the water. So I like reading about him. I like reading about his adventures. When this popped up on NetGalley, I was stoked, I couldn’t wait to read this adventure. It sounded so good. But I was disappointed.

While the author does an incredible job of writing the character of the Doctor, his mannerisms, his way of talking and thinking, the storyline left much to be desired. It just kept dragging on. It probably could have been cut by about 50 pages with none the wiser. The action didn’t truly start until about 85% into the book. You didn’t get any of the story until about 80% of the book was done and over.

Definitely disappointed.
