Synopsis: This softcover Bible encourages you in your commitment to grow in your relationship with God through daily Bible reading. With Scripture text from the most popular modern-English Bible, the New International Version, this Bible is arranged into 365 daily readings, making it easy to read at your own pace. Each day’s reading includes a portion of Scripture from the Old Testament, the New Testament, and a Psalm or a Proverb, followed by a short devotional thought specifically written for women.

My Review: I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This is a Bible specifically broken into 15 minute daily increments, with three readings each day. One from the Old Testament, one from the New Testament, and one from either Psalms or Proverbs. Each day does follow the one previous to it, so today you won't be reading the 8th chapter of John and tomorrow, reading the first chapter of Revelation. This does make it more difficult to find a specific verse in the Bible, if this is what you want to do, as it doesn't follow the normal format of a Bible. But, on the other hand, there is a canonical index, so if you know you're looking for Romans chapter 12, verse 3, then you can find it there.
Before the daily readings start, there is a section which I highly enjoyed, and plan to chew on more, called Getting to Know God. There are some things in there that I question, like "Choosing to receive Jesus is a 'once-for-all' decision". It's not something that the reader can and should skim through.
The reflections that follow each daily reading I didn't find were specifically women oriented. I feel like they were more like mini sermons that would get you thinking more about what you just read.
Overall, I'm still choosing which I should read next year, either this one or the Chronological Once A Day NIV Bible.
